COPS' REIGN CHECK.
A MOTORIST stopped for driving under the influence told police he was "the king of Scotland".
Nicholas Baron James, 35, was stopped in Colorado by officers who saw him weaving across the road.
The police report says he also refused a blood test, saying he had "golden blood".
He demanded officers contact the US government to confirm his diplomatic immunity.
But after a knife and a prescription painkiller were found in the car, the selfstyled royal was arrested. He was taken to Boulder County Jail and faces charges including driving under the influence and possession of drugs.
