 TO PROVIDE PENSION AND ACTUARIAL SERVICES
 NEW YORK, Sept. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Coopers & Lybrand announced today the formation of a partnership between Coopers & Lybrand Canada and W.F. Morneau & Associates to provide pension, actuarial and human resource consulting services for the clientele of both firms. The new firm, Morneau Coopers & Lybrand, will be managed by W.F. Morneau & Associates and headquartered in Toronto. Morneau Coopers & Lybrand will have offices in 10 cities throughout Canada and currently provides services to approximately 2,700 clients.
 The new organization will act as the Canadian member partner for Coopers & Lybrand International's human resource advisory services. Today's announcement is the latest in an ongoing series of moves to better enable Coopers & Lybrand to provide human resource advisory services to clients with far-flung human resource issues and needs. In addition to the United States and now Canada, Coopers & Lybrand has human resource operations in many countries throughout the world.
