 CONTINENTAL AIRLINES ANNOUNCES ADDITIONAL SERVICE
 FROM NEWARK AND CLEVELAND HUBS
 NEWARK, N.J., Dec. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Continental Airlines announced today 26 new flights effective Feb. 1 involving its Newark and Cleveland hubs. Coupled with the previously announced Jan. 6 schedule additions, the airline will increase its Newark flight schedule by 10 percent, and its Cleveland flight schedule by 9 percent between now and February.
 A spokesperson said, "This new service strengthens our commitment to both these hub cities as we move into the New Year."
 ADDITIONAL NEWARK SERVICE
 Continental will begin new daily non-stop service from Newark to Phoenix and Minneapolis/St.Paul effective Feb. 1. The airline's flights have been timed to offer convenient connections through Newark to 67 destinations.
 In addition, on Feb. 1, non-stop service from Newark to both Rochester and Syracuse will increase from four to six daily departures.
 The airline previously announced new service from Newark to St. Louis effective Jan. 7, to Madrid effective Jan. 15, and to Munich effective June 1, 1992.
 Continental is Newark International Airport's largest carrier with 264 non-stop departures to 67 destinations including 12 international cities.
 ADDITIONAL CLEVELAND SERVICE
 Effective Feb. 1, Continental will introduce daily non-stop jet service from Cleveland to Ft. Lauderdale.
 Also effective on Feb. 1, Continental Express will inaugurate five daily departures to both Dayton and Cincinnati. Continental Express will provide service with the 30 passenger Embraer Brasilia aircraft.
 The airline previously announced new service from Cleveland to West Palm Beach and Pittsburgh effective Jan. 6. Customers traveling from Cleveland to Pittsburgh can take advantage of the airline's low introductory fares of $98 round trip (Some restrictions do apply).
 Continental is Cleveland Hopkins International Airport's largest carrier with 141 non-stop daily departures to 40 destinations.
