CONSPIRACY SIGNS PACT WITH ATLUS U.S.A FOR PANZA TACTICS DS.

Conspiracy Entertainment Holdings Inc., Los Angeles, (BULLETIN BOARD: CPYE) , a developer, publisher and marketer of interactive entertainment software in North America and Western Europe, has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Atlus U.S.A., Inc., a leading publisher of interactive entertainment, for Panzer Tactics DS, a turn-based strategy game for the Nintendo DS(TM).
