CONSILIUM DISCLOSES PAYMENTS FROM NEW ALLIANCE

 MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., April 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Consilium Inc. (NASDAQ: CSIM), the leading supplier of manufacturing execution systems (MES) software and services, announced today that, as part of its new agreement with Honeywell Industrial Automation and Control (see separate release), it will receive $4 million in non-refundable, prepaid license fees for its FlowStream software. Of this amount, Consilium will recognize approximately $2.5 million in its current quarter, ending April 30, 1993.

With its FlowStream and WorkStream product lines, Consilium offers solutions that address key business issues, including regulatory compliance, information strategies, product development and time to market.
