TO HOLD GROUND-BREAKING CEREMONY FOR $25 MILLION TECHNOLOGY CENTER
 Consolidated Rail Corporation (NYSE: CRR) (Conrail) and the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) will hold a ground-breaking ceremony for Conrail's $25 million Technology Center Tuesday, April 14, beginning at 10 a.m.
 Scheduled to participate in the ceremony are: City Representative and Director of Commerce Steven P. Kurtz; Conrail Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer James A. Hagen; and PIDC President William P. Hankowsky.
 Location of the ceremony is Kubach Road at the Byberry West Industrial Park in Northeast Philadelphia.
