CONQUEST AIRLINES RECEIVES APPROXIMATELY $6.2 MLN FROM EXERCISE OF CLASS B WARRANTS; COMMENCES NON-STOP SERVICE FROM HOUSTON'S SUGAR LAND AIRPORT

 AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Conquest Airlines (NASDAQ: CAIRU, CAIR, CAIRW, CAIRZ) announced today that its prior offer to redeem its class B warrants (NASDAQ: CAIRZ), has resulted in the exercise of substantially all of its class B warrants. In connection therewith, the company received approximately $6,200,000 from the exercise of the class B warrants.
 In addition, the company announced today that it has commenced air service from Houston's Sugar Land Airport. The company now provides scheduled non-stop air service to the general public from Sugar Land Airport located in Southwest Houston, Texas, and operates flights from Sugar Land to Dallas' Love Airport and to the cities of Austin and San Antonio.
 Conquest Airlines currently serves 13 U.S. cities.
