 MINNETONKA, Minn., March 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Concourse Corporation, a


Minnetonka-based training company, reported net income of $37,390 for the quarter and $64,589 for the 12 months ended Dec. 31, 1991. Net income decreased 38.7 percent from the fourth quarter of 1990, and 42.8 percent from the 12 month period of 1990. Revenues of $339,572 for the quarter, and $1,150,725 for the 12 month period decreased 12.2 percent and 8.5 percent respectively from the same periods of 1990.
 The net income and revenue decreases were the result of lower custom development revenues during the quarter, and lower product sales and professional services and customer development revenues during the 12 month period, along with increased administrative expenses in the fourth quarter and increased sales and marketing expenses for the 12 month period.
