 J. CHRISTOPHER KLUTCH TO EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
 NEW YORK, Sept. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Mr. Richard Stierwalt, chief executive officer, Concord Financial Group, Inc. today announced the promotions of both Susan West and Christopher Klutch to executive vice president. Commenting on the promotions, Mr. Stierwalt said, "Over the past four years, both individuals have been instrumental to the growth and success of Concord within their areas of responsibility as well as by their contributions as members of the executive committee. We wish them continued success in their endeavors on behalf of Concord Financial Group, Inc."
 Susan West is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of administration, compliance and marketing services department for Concord and has over ten years experience in mutual fund administration and operations. Prior to joining Concord, she managed various operations units of the Vanguard Group. Ms. West graduated summa cum laude from Connecticut College in New London, Conn.
 Christopher Klutch is responsible for directing Concord's national sales effort. He oversees the development and sales of mutual funds through banks, corporations, broker/dealers, investment advisers and retirement services
providers. Mr. Klutch left the Shearson Lehman


Institutional Funds Group in 1987 to become one of the founders of Concord Financial Group, Inc. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Economics.
