CON ERNES LORY TITLE.

Byline: COILIN DUFFY

LORY MEAGHER CUP FINAL Tyrone 2-24 Fermanagh 3-20 AET

COILIN DUFFY CONOR GROGAN was the hero as his 88th minute point earned Tyrone their second Lory Meagher Cup title after an extra-time battle with Fermanagh at Croke Park on Saturday.

In intense heat, Grogan delivered under pressure for the second time - after previously sending this game to extra-time with a late equaliser at the death.

A hat-trick of goals for Fermanagh with Sean Corrigan, Declan McGarry and Shea Curran on target got Fermanagh off to a great start, but Tyrone led by 1-12 to 3-4 at the break.

Little separated the sides throughout this contest, with the teams level on 10 occasions, including six times in the fourth quarter.
