COMPUTER TASK GROUP DOUBLES ANNUAL DIVIDEND

 BUFFALO, N.Y., April 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Computer Task Group, Inc. (CTG) (NYSE: TSK) today announced at its annual meeting of shareholders that it was doubling its annual dividend from $.05 per share to $.10 per share. The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of May 7, 1993. The dividend will be paid on May 28, 1993.
 CTG Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, David N. Campbell, in announcing the doubling of the dividend, stated, "We are increasing the dividend based upon management's sense of confidence in the future of the company and to recognize the interests of our shareholders."
 At the meeting, Campbell noted that for 1992, company revenues were $303,000,000 and earnings per share were $.56, as contrasted to revenue of $285,000,000 and $.10 earnings per share in 1991.
