COMPUTER NETWORK TECHNOLOGY ANNOUNCES DISTRIBUTOR IN AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

 MAPLE GROVE, Minn., Nov. 16 ~PRNewswire~ -- Computer Network Technology Corporation (NASDAQ-NMS: CMNT) (CNT) today announced that it has appointed JNA Telecommunications Limited as the exclusive distributor of its CHANNELink(TM) line of Extended Channel Networking equipment in Australia and New Zealand. JNA is publicly traded in Australia, with revenue of approximately $25 million USD in 1991. JNA has over 30 years experience in the sale and support of high speed local and wide area networks. JNA is headquartered in Sydney, with four regional offices in Australia and one European office.
 Peter Dixon, CNT's vice president of international, said, "We are delighted to announced JNA Telecommunications as our distributor in Australia and New Zealand. Several of our current U.S.-based customers have expressed an interest in expanding their CHANNELink networks into this region, and we are pleased to provide them with the necessary support.
