 COMPUPAY NAMES NEW CEO, PRESIDENT
 MIAMI, March 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Compupay, Florida's largest


privately owned payroll service, today announced the appointment of Peter Roth as chairman of the board and A. Steven Kercheff as president.
 Roth founded Compupay in 1980. Compupay now has over 2,000 clients throughout the state of Florida and handles a full range of payroll services with billings in excess of $2,750,000 per year.
 Roth has served as president of Compupay since its founding. Prior to establishing the firm, he was vice president for circulation for Plenum Publishing Co. for 10 years. Roth studied accounting and business administration at City College, New York, and Florida International University.
 Kercheff, who joined Roth in February 1981 to oversee marketing and sales for Compupay, has a background in sales strategy and motivation, having founded and operated ASK, Inc., a firm specializing in consulting to firms to increase sales capabilities. Kercheff studied business administration and marketing.
 "This new alignment prepares us to move into the next phase of expansion. With our new structure in place, we are now ready for continued growth," said Roth, who oversaw Compupay's first step in the firm's statewide expansion from Dade and Broward counties to include full coverage of Hillsborough and Pinellas counties as well.
 Ten years since its launch, Compupay's gamut of services include: full payroll services, Workmen's Compensation services, simplified PC and telephone data entry, Section 125 administration. Compupay employs 60 staff members in Dade, Broward, Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.
