Balance disorders - Physical therapist Kenji Carp will give a talk to the Lane County Hearing Loss Association about vestibular (balance) disorders from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday at the Hilyard Community Center, 2580 Hilyard St. The talk is free and open to the public. Inner ear problems can lead to dizziness, vertigo and other balance disorders; Carp will explain what can be done to assess and treat them.
