COMMUNITY PSYCHIATRIC CENTERS ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS OF CORPORATE AND REGIONAL EXECUTIVES

 LAGUNA HILLS, Calif., Feb. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Community Psychiatric Centers' Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Richard L. Conte, today announced the promotions of several corporate and regional executives in recognition of their expanded roles and outstanding contributions to the company.
 Geoffrey J. Deutsch, 34, was promoted to executive vice president, marketing and client services, from senior vice president. Deutsch, who joined the company in 1991 as vice president of marketing, lives in Laguna Niguel. Also promoted to exeucutive vice president was John F. Randazzo, president of the company's Managed Care Division. Randazzo, 38, came to CPC in 1991 to develop the Managed Care Division. He is a resident of Pacific Palisades.
 Lester S. Keizer, 36, formerly vice president, residential treatment services, was made a senior vice president. He has directed the development and operation of the company's residential treatment centers for adolescents in 20 CPC hospitals nationwide since he joined CPC in 1990. Keizer resides in Orange. Also promoted to senior vice president was Kathy L. Bolmer, 36, who is responsible for the company's partial hospitilzation services. Bolmer came to CPC in 1991 to serve as vice president of partial hospitalization. She is a resident of Canyon Country.
 The company also promoted three regional vice presidents to senior vice presidents. Barbara Dalton, 39, directs the company's Southeast Region operations out of Atlanta. She has been a CPC employee since 1985, starting in development and moving on to serve as administrator of CPC Parkwood Hospital in Atlanta. Arthur M. Ginsberg, 37, heads the Northern California Region, based in Sacramento. He joined the company in 1989 as administrator of CPC Heritage Oaks Hospital, Sacramento. Jack T. Peters, 46, runs CPC's Texas and Gulf Region operations out of New Orleans. A 7-year CPC employee, Peters was administrator of two CPC hospitals before assuming his regional responsibilities.
 Morgan Staines, an 11-year CPC employee, was made corporate secretary in addition to his current position as vice president and corporate counsel. Staines, 38, lives in Mission Viejo.
 In the company's United Kingdom division, headquartered in London, Stuart Vere was named a senior vice president. Vere, 47, has been with CPC since 1989.
 Community Psychiatric Centers delivers psychiatric services through 51 hospitals in the United States, Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom. The company's Transitional Hospitals Corp. subsidiary operates transitional health care units in two of CPC's U.S. facilities.
