COMMERCIAL PROPERTY: Striking a Chord.

Stephen Mason (left) has been promoted to the board of Chord Developments.

He joins fellow directors Chris Rosier and Geoff Shuttleworth at the helm of the Jewellery Quarter-based commercial and residential developer.

A qualified quantity surveyor with more than 15 years' experience, Stephen joined Chord earlier this year from the Birmingham office of AYH.

He has significant experience within the Midlands' development market and has worked successfully with both construction and property professionals on a number of key projects.

At Chord, Stephen will be responsible for coordinating the firm's development projects, including new homes and offices in and around Birmingham
