COMMAND CREDIT ANNOUNCES CO-BRANDED CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT WITH THE AMERICAN CHIROPRACTOR MAGAZINE

 ROCKVILLE CENTRE, N.Y., Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Command Credit Corp. (NASDAQ: CDMD), and The American Chiropractor Magazine announced today that they have signed an agreement to issue unsecured and secured bank credit cards. The cards will be issued to chiropractors, their supporters, associates, patients and other interested parties through a bank to be selected by Command Credit Corp. (Command). This marks the first time that a major professional organization has sponsored a bank credit card that has the capability of making medical payments.
 The American Chiropractor is the premier chiropractic magazine in the country and its sponsor, CARE, the Chiropractic Association for Research and Education, provides its members with valuable information pertinent to each member's practice. Among other things, it provides members with recommendations and current regulatory information, benefits, lobby groups, newsletters, etc. The American Chiropractor, through the CARE association, has members in all 50 states and numbers approximately 50,000 professionals.
 Dr. R.E. Busch, president of The American Chiropractor, stated "This association with Command will give the membership the opportunity to support the group by just using their credit cards, and will provide a vehicle for members to receive certain benefits that will be included with card membership. The strength, viability and growth of our organization will be augmented by the additional revenues we will realize as result of our membership's use of these cards."
 William Lucas, chairman and chief executive officer of Command, stated that, "This contract is in keeping with Command's business plan to assist groups to become stronger by issuing co-branded credit cards which provide the sponsoring organization with a vehicle to become closely associated with its supporters and give it a steady and significant revenue stream." This co-branded card will be serviced by Command and its operation will have a direct positive impact on Command's future revenues.
 The signing of The American Chiropractor brings the number of affinity/co-branded contracts which Command will implement within its banking network to 16. This adds another dimension toward the servicing of the $800 billion health care market.
