 COMDISCO PRICES A $159,500,000 SENIOR NOTE ISSUE AND
 CALLS 10.0 PERCENT SENIOR NOTES OF 1994
 ROSEMONT, Ill., June 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Comdisco, Inc. (NYSE: CDO), announced today that it has priced a $159,500,000 senior note issue. The senior notes will mature on June 15, 1994, and will bear interest at the rate of 6.50 percent per annum. The lead manager is Merrill Lynch & Co.
 The senior notes will be non-redeemable and will not be subject to any sinking fund. Proceeds from the sale of the senior notes will be used to retire the 10.0 percent senior notes of 1994. Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co., Incorporated, and Salomon Brothers, Inc., were co-managers.
