 CABLE/CELLULAR INTEGRATION FOR PCS
 PHILADELPHIA, June 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ-NMS: CMCSA, CMCSK), Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT), and Jerrold Communications Division of General Instrument have announced the successful integration and test of a Motorola base station and a fiber optic/coaxial cable Personal Communication Service (PCS) transport system developed jointly.
 Comcast, Motorola and Jerrold have teamed to develop, test and evaluate a trial system of cable television transported PCS communications to on-street microcells and in-building picocells in the Trenton, N.J., area.
 The successful integration took place at Motorola's Ft. Worth facility, where the various trial system components have been brought together for a final system level test prior to installation in the Trenton trial venue, scheduled to commence in late July. The trial system will be made available to trial users beginning in September, and will operate through the end of the year. Trial users will be provided with modified Motorola MicroTAC portables, and will enjoy full PCS type services using modified versions of Comcast's cellular infrastructure in the Trenton area.
 The system's integration is a major step in achieving Comcast's proposed architecture for utilizing cable and cellular infrastructures to cost effectively deliver PCS.
 Comcast Corporation is principally engaged in the development and operation of cable television and cellular communications systems. The company's consolidated and affiliated cable operations served more than 2.8 million subscribers at March 31, 1992. This included more than 830,000 subscribers representing 50 percent of the total subscribers served by Storer Communications, Inc.
 The company's cellular telephone services are concentrated in the Northeast corridor between New York and Baltimore serving a population in the license area in excess of 7.3 million. In addition, Comcast is engaged in the sale and installation of sound communications systems, owning the largest independent network of background music systems operating under the "Muzak" name.
 The Class A and Class A Special common stock are traded in the Over- the-Counter market and are reported in the National Market List under the NASDAQ symbols "CMCSA" and "CMCSK," respectively.
