COMARCO AND CACI AGREE TO END POOLING OF INTEREST MERGER PLAN; DISCUSSIONS CONTINUE FOR ALTERNATE APPROACH TO COMBINATION

 ARLINGTON, Va., and ANAHEIM, Calif., June 22 /PRNewswire/ -- CACI International Inc. (NASDAQ: CACI) and COMARCO, Inc. (NASDAQ: CMRO) jointly announced today that they have terminated their agreement to merge in accordance with the letter of intent announced in a news release dated April 27, 1993.
 After detailed review, both parties agreed that there was no assurance that all of the essential conditions of the transaction as envisioned in the letter of intent could be accomplished. CACI and COMARCO continue to have discussions to determine if a satisfactory alternate deal structure can be reached. The parties expect that such a determination will be made by June 30, 1993.
