NEW YORK, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Coltec Industries Inc. (NYSE: COT), in a reorganization of its aerospace/government business segment, has named Paul R. Kuhn and Pablo Prieto as group presidents and Robert C. Grill as president of the Menasco Aerosystems Division.
The two group presidents report to John M. Cybulski, senior vice president, aerospace operations, Coltec Industries. Mr. Cybulski said, "We are responding to the consolidations and restructurings taking place in the global aerospace industry. Our reorganization groups the Delavan Gas Turbine Products Division and the Chandler Evans Control Systems Division, two of our key engine components businesses, under Mr. Kuhn so we can better serve the major gas turbine engine manufacturers. We have similarly placed our three landing gear businesses, the Menasco Aerosystems Division of Fort Worth, Texas; Menasco Aerospace of Oakville, Ontario, Canada, and the Menasco Overhaul Division of Burbank, Calif., under Mr. Prieto so we can be more responsive to the major airframe manufacturers."
