COLIN: I CAN'T REMEMBER MAKING MIAMI VICE FILM.
Byline: SARAH BARDONACTOR Colin Farrell has revealed that he doesn't remember making Miami Vice.
The Dublin-born star was once renowned for his wild lifestyle but entered rehab two years ago because he knew he was "dying".
In an interview with Hot Press magazine, Colin says he has no recollection of making the film with US actor Jamie Foxx.
He added: "I've seen bits of it since and I just stare blankly at them.
"I don't remember any of it. At least that's my excuse for all the people who thought it was s***e." Farrell has admitted to taking cocaine, ecstasy, speed and marijuana, as well as copious amounts of alcohol in the mid-1990s.
The 33-year-old revealed how he once had a syringe held to his neck when he was just 20. He said: "I was buying hash out the back of flats at Digges Lane.
"I had been there before loads of times but this particular time, I let my guard down and this guy threw me down a chute.
"Big metal door and syringe to the neck. But the father of two said he sympathises with those who turn to drink and drugs.
He added: "People are formed by hardships and when you live in a society that's very unforgiving of those that don't have, hardships can lead you down some very dark places."
