 COGNITIVE SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES NEW FINANCING
 NEW HAVEN, Conn., Jan. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Cognitive Systems Inc.


(NASDAQ: CSAI) today announced conclusion of negotiations to receive a $450,000 marketing and development loan from Connecticut Innovations, Inc., a Connecticut state agency. The proceeds of this loan are targeted for the market introduction of ReMind(TM), a Case Based reasoning applications development tool.
