COBRA GOLF ANNOUNCES ENDORSEMENT CONTRACTS WITH HALE IRWIN, BRETT OGLE AND WAYNE GRADY

 CARLSBAD, Calif., Jan. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Cobra Golf Incorporated (NASDAQ-NMS: CBRA) has entered into a five-year agreement with three-time U.S. Open champion, Hale Irwin. Irwin has agreed to exclusively endorse the King Cobra oversize irons and metalwoods. Irwin will also carry the King Cobra bag and wear King Cobra headwear. "I consider Hale one of the greatest golfers to ever play the game," says Cobra's co-founder Tom Crow. "An opportunity to establish this relationship with someone that reflects the way we feel about ourselves is tremendously gratifying."
 Brett Ogle, winner of the 1994 United Airlines Hawaiian Open and the 1993 AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am, is driving with King Cobra, playing Cobra irons and carrying the King Cobra bag. Ogle was ranked 48th on the 1993 U.S. PGA Tour money list. Crow comments, "Brett is a young player with international experience and terrific potential."
 Former PGA champion, Wayne Grady has agreed to play the King Cobra oversize irons and metalwoods, carry the King Cobra bag and wear King Cobra headwear. "As an accomplished international player and PGA champion, I have great regard for Wayne as a person and a player," says Crow.
 The signing of Irwin, Ogle and Grady, along with current tour players, Greg Norman, Mark Wiebe, Ed Humenik, John Morse, Tony Jacklin and Trish Johnson exemplifies Cobra's commitment to increasing visibility of King Cobra on the U.S. and international professional circuits.
