COASTAL NAMES JOSE J. IGLESIAS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT HOUSTON, Feb. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Jose J. Iglesias has been elected a
senior vice president of The Coastal Corporation (NYSE: CGP) responsible for international product supply and trading.
Iglesias, 46, returns to Coastal where he served as a senior vice president of product supply from 1978 to 1980. He joined Coastal in 1975 at the company's Revere, Mass., office and was later promoted to vice president of Coastal States Marketing, Inc., in charge of heavy fuel oil sales and brokerage. Prior to joining Coastal, he was manager of reseller and Canadian sales for Asiatic Petroleum, a Royal Dutch Shell subsidiary. More recently Iglesias has been president of Mobile Bay Refining Company from 1982 to 1987 and president of Mo-Bel Corporation from 1987 to 1990. Iglesias is a graduate of the University of Miami and holds a masters degree in economics from the University of Florida. The Coastal Corporation is a Houston-based energy holding company.
