CNG vehicles' entry ban at all bus stands in Sargodha.
SARGODHA -- Secretary, Regional Transport Authority (RTA), Zaheer Anwar on Wednesday banned the entry of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) cylinder fitted vehicles at all the bus stands in the district.In a statement, the secretary RTA has directed all the transporters to remove CNG cylinders from the public transport vehicles in line with the orders of Government of Punjab Transport Department and OGRA.
The Secretary has warned that in case of non-compliance strict action will be taken against the owners, including cancellation of route permits and fitness certificates.
He further directed the transporters that gas cylinders must be removed from vehicles transporting school children.
