CNBS to change name.

CNBS Financial Group, Inc (CNBS), the holding company of Community National Bank of the South, is to change its name.

The company has announced that it will be changing its name to HomeBanc. CNBS had acquired the name from Atlanta-based HomeBanc Corp, which closed its mortgage-loan business in August 2007. CNBS will now also have the rights to HomeBanc Corp's Web site,

Jerry Campbell, chairman, president and CEO of CNBS Financial Group, Inc, said, 'We want all of our customers to feel at home when interacting with us, and everything we do is geared toward being their home bank.'
