CNA Sells Property.

The downtown real estate revival goes on.

Insurance giant CNA has agreed to sell the 41-story 180 Maiden Lane to Paramount Group, real estate sources said yesterday, for a reported $330 million.

The sleek tower gives the Paramount Group a property in one of the hottest areas in the city - one with blue-chip tenants like investment bank Goldman Sachs and law firm Stroock Stroock & Lavan. The 1.1 million square foot building stands near the corner of Maiden Lane and Water Street near the South Street Seaport.
