Reinforced Management Team Poised for Rapid Growth in 1994
IRVINE, Calif., Jan. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- CMS Enhancements Inc. (NYSE: CME) today announced it has named Peter D. Lytle to the newly created post of senior vice president-operations. The company has also appointed Gary Naiman and Bill Gibson vice president-management information systems and vice president-corporate controller, respectively.
Commenting on the appointments, Hal Clark, CMS Enhancements president and chief executive officer, said, "We expect 1994 will be a year of rapid company growth fueled, in part, by acquisition of distributors with market niches that complement our overall business development strategies. Peter brings us valuable experience in operations and acquisition integration and consolidation.
"Gary has more than 20 years experience in systems management at Fortune 500 companies," Clark said. "He will be responsible for developing company information systems and technology that produce optimal levels of operational efficiency. We anticipate achieving significant economies of scale by consolidating certain operations of acquired companies such as Management Systems Group and Rhino Sales Co., while maintaining our competitive edge by providing our customers a high level of value-added service. Bill Gibson will fill a vital role developing the financial controls that will enable us to achieve those economies of scale.
"I am excited that with our recent $6 million capital infusion, the addition of Peter, Gary and Bill, and our appointment last month of Carol Miltner to executive vice president-sales and marketing, we are especially well-positioned to execute an aggressive growth strategy in 1994," Clark concluded.
