CMS ENHANCEMENTS ANNOUNCES PROPOSAL TO SELL COMMON STOCK

 IRVINE, Calif., Oct. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- CMS Enhancements Inc. (NYSE: CME) announced it is proposing to sell 3,400,000 shares of the company's common stock to a group of investors at $1.75 per share for a total of $5,950,000. Following the sale, the investor group would own approximately 50 percent of the shares of the company's common stock then outstanding. The transaction is subject to a number of conditions including approval by the shareholders of CMS.
 CMS Enhancements Inc. is a producer and global marketer of mass data storage subsystems and accessories for personal and laptop computers manufactured by Apple, IBM, Digital Equipment Corp., Compaq, AST, Commodore, Epson, NEC, AT&T, Zenith, Tandy, Toshiba and many others.
