CMS ENERGY BOARD APPROVES THIRD-QUARTER COMMON DIVIDEND

 DEARBORN, Mich., Oct. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of CMS Energy Corporation (NYSE: CMS) today declared a dividend of 18 cents per share on the corporation's common stock, payable Nov. 22, 1993, to shareholders of record on Nov. 1, 1993.
 CMS Energy Corporation is a $3.4 billion (sales) diversified energy company with businesses engaged in electric and natural gas utility operations; independent power production; interstate storage, transmission and marketing of natural gas; oil and gas exploration and production, and utility services.
