For the six months ended Dec. 31, 1992 revenues were $7,948,000, compared to $7,202,700 for the same period last year, an increase of 10.3 percent. This increase can be attributed to an increase in software and hardware product sales, including PC DOCS(R). For the quarter and six months ended Dec. 31, 1992, selling, general and administrative expenses decreased by 12.4 percent and 10.0, respectively. The decrease is a reflection of the company's cost reduction programs implemented over the past year and in part was offset by increased expenses due to the continued expansion of the company's wholly owned subsidiary, PC DOCS Inc.
The company continues the expansion of PC DOCS(R) by building an international presence through a network of dealers, together with its own sales and marketing force.
The company is encouraged by the positive reception received for its new products, PC DOCS(R) Open(TM), Corporate LawPack for Windows(TM), MarketSense(TM) and Docudraft(R).
CMS/DATA Corporation and its subsidiaries, CompInfo, Inc. and Canterbury Systems Corp. design, market, support and integrate systems for the legal profession; and the company's subsidiary, PC DOCS Inc., markets its document management and control system product to business, hospitals, financial institutions, government agencies and the legal industry in North America.
