CLOTHESTIME OPENS THREE NEW LOCATIONS IN ARIZONA ANAHEIM, Calif., Aug. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- The Clothestime Inc.
(NASDAQ: CTME), one of the leading women's retail apparel chains, will continue with its expansion plans and open three new stores in Tucson, Nogales and Prescott, Ariz., announced John Ortega II, chairman of the board.
The openings are fueled by the company's strong performance during the past year and a half. The success of Clothestime's retailing strategy, which focuses on providing in-season, high quality, junior-sized apparel at discounted prices, is evidenced by the company's 19 consecutive months of positive increases in same store sales. "Our stores in Arizona are doing very well," Ortega said. "We take that as a sign the customers like our value-priced format and quality merchandise." Clothestime is opening a 3,562-square-foot location in Tucson at 405 East Wetmore Road on Aug. 6, 1992. Clothestime's new 4,120-square-foot Nogales store will also open Aug. 6 at 21 S.
