CLEARLY CANADIAN TO QUENCH MIDDLE EASTERN THIRST

 VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Clearly Canadian Beverage Corp. (NASDAQ-NMS: CLCDF; Vancouver: CLV), today announced that its international subsidiary, Clearly Canadian Beverage (International) Corp. ("CCBC International") has entered into a 5 1/2 year renewable distribution agreement with Al-Magoul Trading Establishment ("Al- Magoul") of Saudi Arabia to distribute its Clearly Canadian(R) sparkling flavored water beverage products in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait, North Yemen, South Yemen, Oman and Syria.
 In announcing this agreement, Clearly Canadian Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Douglas L. Mason said, "The Middle East represents a unique market for Clearly Canadian's beverages. There is a recognized demand for a premium non-alcoholic beverage throughout the area. Combined with the marketing strength of Al-Magoul we hope to be a significant force throughout the region." Continued Mason, "This agreement further extends the international availability of our premium beverage line and represents our further commitment to the globalization of the Clearly Canadian brand."
 Clearly Canadian Beverage Corp. and Clearly Canadian Beverage (International) Corp. produce, market and distribute Clearly Canadian(R), a line of natural mineral waters and flavored sparkling water beverages. Through distribution agreements Clearly Canadian is sold throughout the United States, Canada, Japan, Great Britain and Ireland, the Caribbean and Mexico.
