 CITIZENS FEDERAL BANK RETURNS TO 100 PERCENT OPERATION IN FLORIDA;
 HEADQUARTERS AND 37 BRANCHES HAD NO DAMAGE FROM HURRICANE
 MIAMI, Aug. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- CSF Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: CSFCB) today announced that its Citizens Federal Bank subsidiary is back to 100 percent operation in the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew.
 Executive vice president, Morton Trilling, stated, "Amazing as it may sound, we had no material damage whatsoever to any of our premises. We won't even have an insurance claim."
 Citizens Federal Bank is a five-state federal savings bank with operations in Florida, Illinois, Ohio, California, and Virginia. Only 37 of its banking offices are located in Florida, and of these, 35 are in full operation today. The remaining two have no damage but are awaiting electricity. Customers of these branches are being served by nearby Citizens Federal offices.
 Trilling continued, "We are doubly lucky in that, as far as we know, all of our employees and their families came through the storm safely.
 "On the collateral side, all of our mortgage loans in the area were covered by flood and windstorm insurance. If there should be an insurance problem with an individual policy on a home, we carry a large master policy to cover such situations.
 "We have established a special team of employees who will work with home owners who have difficulty with their mortgage payments.
 "It has been, and for some time will continue to be, a very difficult time for South Florida. As one of the major financial institutions to escape damage, we are prepared to help in the recovery process."
 CSF Holdings is traded on the NASDAQ National Market System under the symbol CSFCB.
