CISCOR's SPH-200 automated emergency call system speaker phone
allows two-way voice communication between residents and facility
caregivers. The communication is hands-free on the part of the resident.
The speakerphones can be installed one at a time on an as-needed basis,
as well as in a blanket installation throughout a facility. When the
resident activates an alarm, the central computer sends the speakerphone a wireless command. This causes the speakerphone to call a preprogrammed
telephone number and then go into hands-free speaker mode. The SPH-200
connects to any existing analog telephone jack and a 110vac outlet for a
