CIRCUS PERFORMERS APPEAL FOR EXPERT HELP TO STAY IN LINE WITH THE STARS.

ACROBATS, contortionists and monks have arrived in Newcastle as part of the Chinese state circus. They are performing a new show called The Olympic Nation Spectacular on the Town Moor.

Performers were upset when organisers were told the big top must face the central motorway, meaning the performance area will not be, as they would wish it, aligned with the stars.

Members of the circus are desperately looking for a local Feng Shui expert to help align the performance area to obtain the maximum positive energy.

Having started yesterday, the circus is in Newcastle until Sunday, September 7. This week, performances will take place tonight, Friday and Saturday.

There will be further opportunities to see the show on Saturday, September 6, at 3pm and 7.45pm, from Tuesday, September 2, to Friday, September 5, at 5pm and 7.45pm, and on Sunday, August 31, and Sunday, September 7, at 2pm and 5pm.
