CINCINNATI MILACRON ELECTS TWO NEW DIRECTORS: DARRYL F. ALLEN, CHAIRMAN, PRESIDENT & CEO OF TRINOVA CORP.; AND JAMES E. PERRELLA, CHAIRMAN, PRESIDENT & CEO OF INGERSOLL-RAND CO.

 CINCINNATI, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Cincinnati Milacron Inc. (NYSE: CMZ) announced the election of two new directors to the company's board: Darryl F. Allen, chairman, president and chief executive officer of TRINOVA Corporation, and James E. Perrella, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Ingersoll-Rand Company.
 Darryl F. Allen was elected chairman of the board of TRINOVA in 1991. He has been chief executive officer since 1986 and president since 1984. Prior to that time, Mr. Allen was group vice president for TRINOVA with responsibility for the power and motion control operations of its Aeroquip and Vickers subsidiaries. Previously, he had held posts of vice president of finance and administration and vice president of financial services. He first joined Aeroquip in 1972 as controller.
 Mr. Allen is a native of Farmington, Michigan, and received his B.A. degree in accounting from Michigan State University in 1965 and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Michigan in 1966. Mr. Allen is a member of the Ohio Health Care Board, chairman of the Board of Trustees of Toledo Hospital, and a trustee of the Toledo Museum of Art. He is also a member of the board of trustees of the Manufacturers' Alliance for Productivity and Innovation (MAPI) and a member of the executive committee of the Ohio Business Roundtable.
 James E. Perrella was elected chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Ingersoll-Rand Company effective November 1, 1993. He has been president of the company and a member of the board of directors since September, 1992. Prior to that, he served as executive vice president with responsibility for Ingersoll-Rand International, the Air Compressor group, the Tool group, the Door Hardware group, the Pump group, the Process Systems group and the Bearings and Components group. He was elected executive vice president in 1982 and he became a vice president of the corporation in 1977. He first joined Ingersoll-Rand in 1962.
 Mr. Perrella is a 1960 graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering. In 1961, Purdue awarded him a master of science degree in industrial management. Purdue also named him one of ten outstanding engineers of the year in 1982. He is a member of the Dean's Advisory Council of Purdue's Krannert School of Management, the board of directors of the United Way of Bergen County, and the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce.
