CICERO ELECTED PRESIDENT OF ASSOCIATED GENERAL CONTRACTORS OF AMERICA,
 DETROIT CHAPTER, INC.
 SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Jan. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Edward W. Cicero, president of Parliament Company, with offices in Birmingham, Mich., was elected president of the Associated General Contractors of America, Detroit Chapter, Inc. at its 76th annual meeting held Jan. 15, at the Engineering Society of Detroit. Cicero becomes the 59th president of the general contractors association.
 Thomas A. Huff, executive vice president of R.E. Dailey & Company, was elected vice president and Thomas H. Landry, president of A.J. Etkin Construction Co. was elected treasurer.
 Elected to one-year terms on the board of directors were: Richard De Maria (De Maria Building Co., Inc.); Joe Gough (Joe Gough Construction, Inc.); Michael Haller (Walbridge Aldinger); Edward Jarchow (Barton Malow Co.); Dominic J. Maltese Jr. (D.J. Maltese Co., Inc.); R. Andrew Martin (F.H. Martin Construction Co.); Michael J. Monahan (Edw. V. Monahan, Inc.); and Richard M. Schiller (Schiller Construction Co., Inc.).
 John D. Maas was reappointed executive director and secretary of A.G.C., Detroit Chapter, Inc., one of 102 chapters in the United States and Puerto Rico comprising the Associated General Contractors of America -- the organization's national headquarters is in Washington, D.C.
