CHRYSLER REPORTS U.S. AND CANADIAN ASSEMBLY PLANT SCHEDULE FOR WEEK ENDING JUNE 25

 HIGHLAND PARK, Mich., June 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Chrysler Corporation (NYSE: C) reports five of its eight U.S. assembly plants and all three of its Canadian assembly plants will operate next week.
 St. Louis (Fenton, Mo.) Assembly Plant II will operate two eight- hour shifts on Saturday, June 19, and three seven-hour shifts each day next week.
 Jefferson North (Detroit) will operate one eight-hour shift on Saturday, June 19, and two 10-hour shifts each day next week.
 Toledo (Ohio) Assembly Plant will operate two eight-hour shifts on Saturday, June 19, and two nine-hour shifts each day next week.
 Sterling Heights (Mich.) Assembly Plant will operate two eight-hour shifts on Saturday, June 19, and two nine-hour shifts each day next week.
 New Mack Avenue Viper (Detroit) Assembly Plant will operate one eight-hour shift each day next week.
 In Canada, Bramalea, Pillette and Windsor (Ontario) assembly plants will operate two eight-hour shifts each day next week. Windsor and Bramalea will also operate two eight-hour shifts on Saturday, June 19. Pillette will operate one eight-hour shift on Saturday, June 19. Bramalea will operate one 10-hour shift on Sunday, June 20.
 As previously announced, Newark (Del.), Dodge City (Warren, Mich.) and Belvidere (Ill.) assembly plants will not operate next week because of model changeover. Newark will resume production the week of July 12. Dodge City will resume production the week of July 19, and Belvidere will resume production the week of Nov. 29.
