CHRYSLER ELECTS NEW CONTROLLER
CHRYSLER ELECTS NEW CONTROLLER HIGHLAND PARK, Mich., Nov. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Chrysler Corporation's
Board of Directors today elected James D. Donlon III Corporate Controller effective Jan. 1, 1992.
He will replace Gary C. Valade who has been elected a Vice President of the Company and who will assume the duties of Vice President- Personnel Administration and Development at the first of the year. Donlon will report to Jerry B. York, Executive Vice President- Finance. Donlon was Vice President-Financial Controls for Chrysler Financial Corporation. Donlon joined Chrysler in 1979 and has held a variety of positions within Finance, Treasury and International activities. He holds a B.S. in business from California State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. He was born in Seattle on Oct. 1, 1946.
