CHRISTOPHER STEFFEN ELECTED SENIOR VICE-PRESIDENT AT KODAK

 ROCHESTER, N.Y., Feb. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Eastman Kodak Company's (NYSE: EK) board of directors today elected Christopher J. Steffen a senior vice president of the company. Steffen joined Kodak on Feb. 8 as the chief financial officer.
 Prior to coming to Kodak, Steffen was executive vice-president and chief financial and administrative officer at Honeywell, Inc. From 1981 to 1989, Steffen was vice-president and controller of Chrysler Corporation.
 Steffen, 50, was born in Detroit. He holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Michigan and a master's degree in business administration from Wayne State University and is a certified public accountant.
 Kodak chairman Kay R. Whitmore indicated that Steffen will stand for election to the company's board of directors this spring. Results of the election will be announced at Kodak's Annual Meeting on May 12.
