CHRIS-CRAFT TO REDEEM ALL OF ITS 13 PERCENT SUBORDINATED DEBENTURES

 NEW YORK, Nov. 19 ~PRNewswire~ -- Chris-Craft Industries, Inc. (NYSE: CCN) announced it will redeem on Jan. 6, 1993 all of the outstanding $15,625,000 principal amount of Chris-Craft's 13 percent subordinated sinking fund debentures due 1999. The redemption price will be 100 percent of the principal amount of the debentures, together with unpaid accrued interest until the redemption date in the amount of $55.97 per $1,000 principal amount of debentures being redeemed. Interest will cease to accrue from and after the redemption date.
 Debentures may be surrendered for redemption by mail at Chemical Bank, P.O. Box 25996 Church Street Station, New York, 10008, or by hand at Chemical Bank, Corporate Tellers, 55 Water Street, Room 234, New York, N.Y. 10041.
