CHILDREN'S BROADCASTING CORPORATION ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF PUBLIC STOCK OFFERING

 MINNEAPOLIS, May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Children's Broadcasting Corporation (NASDAQ: AAHS) today announced the completion of a public offering of 1,725,000 shares of common stock. The company received over $9 million from the offering. The proceeds will be used to reduce indebtedness, purchase equipment and acquire radio station properties.
 Children's Broadcasting Corporation is the nation's only 24-hour radio network providing programming exclusively for children under 12 and their parents. The company, which broadcasts Radio AAHS(TM) programming by satellite from studios located in Minneapolis, is developing a network of radio stations to carry its programming. Radio AAHS is currently carried by radio stations in Minneapolis; Phoenix; Salt Lake City; Abilene, Texas; Los Angeles; and Washington, D.C. The company has also entered into affiliation agreements with stations in Denver, Baltimore and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, Penn., all of which are expected to begin broadcasting the network's programming this spring or summer. The common stock of Children's Broadcasting Corporation is traded on the NASDAQ Small-Cap Market under the symbol "AAHS."
