 CHICAGO PNEUMATIC TOOL NAMES PRESIDENT, CEO
 UTICA, N.Y., Aug. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Chicago Pneumatic Tool Company,


a division of Atlas Copco AB, Sweden, named Necip (pronounced "Nay-gip") Soyak, 45, president and chief executive officer, effective Sept. 1, 1992. He is currently managing director of Atlas Copco KK, Japan. He succeeds Richard D. Besser, who resigned June 1, 1992.
 Chicago Pneumatic is headquartered in Utica, N.Y., and manufactures a broad range of power tools and accessories for the industrial, construction and automotive markets. The company has manufacturing facilities in both the United States and India, as well as sales operations on five continents.
