CHICAGO AVIATION PARTNERS OPERATES FOOD COURT AS TERMINAL 5 DEPARTURES BEGIN AT O'HARE

CHICAGO, Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Chicago Aviation Partners today welcomed passengers and other visitors as departing flights began at O'Hare International Airport's new international Terminal 5.
"This is a brand new day for international travelers at O'Hare, and we are proud to be part of it," said Mark Pullman, executive director of operations for CAP.
CAP is a joint venture between McDonald's Corp. and Duty Free International, Inc., to manage concessions at Terminal 5. Arrivals at the terminal began earlier this year. Departures began today.
The Food Court, on the upper level of Terminal 5, has Pizzeria Uno, Gold Coast Dogs, Lou Mitchell's and a McDonald's restaurant, and a cocktail lounge, "Parades." A duty-free shop and a news and gift stand are opposite the food court. Two satellite duty-free shops and two news and gift shops are in areas where ticketed passengers await flights.
"Terminal 5 is a great facility that will handle millions of arriving and departing passengers, and those who come to greet them or wish them farewell," said Pullman. "We intend to make their visit comfortable and convenient when they have a meal and refreshment, or shop, and to ensure that their first and last impression of Chicago is a memorable one."
McDonald's is the world's largest food-service organization, with more than 13,000 restaurants in 66 countries.
Duty Free International operates one of the world's largest chains of duty-free stores, serving both North American borders in 14 international airports. Its three Terminal 5 facilities give it 72 stores.
