CHEMICAL FINANCIAL CORPORATION DECLARES FOURTH-QUARTER DIVIDEND

 MIDLAND, Mich., Nov. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Gilbert A. Currie, chairman of Chemical Financial Corporation (NASDAQ-NMS:CHFC), announced that on Nov. 15, 1993, the board of directors of the company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock payable on Friday, Dec. 17, 1993, to shareholders of record on Dec. 3, 1993. The ex-dividend date is Nov. 29, 1993.
 Chemical Financial Corporation is one of the 10 largest bank holding companies in Michigan, and the company's 10 subsidiary banks operate 83 "Chemical Bank" offices in 23 counties across the mid-section of Michigan's Lower Peninsula. CFC Data Corp, Midland, is the company's wholly owned data processing subsidiary.
