CHEMICAL FINANCIAL CORPORATION DECLARES DIVIDEND MIDLAND, Mich., Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Gilbert A. Currie, chairman
of Chemical Financial Corporation (NASDAQ-NMS: CHFC), announced that on Nov. 18, 1991, the board of directors of the company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per share of common stock, payable on Friday, Dec. 20, 1991, to shareholders of record on Dec. 6, 1991. The ex-dividend date is Dec. 2, 1991.
