Just utter nonsense
Apologies if my comments upset Bazza and John Kerr, but placing a young jockey in the same league as a multiple Group-race winner and multiple champion jockey is just utter nonsense. C'mon lads - get real.

A Classic more likely
To be champion you must have a big yard providing plenty of rides and have around 180 winners. Hayley Turner isn't getting anywhere near that number.
She'll never be champion unless she is first jockey to one of the bigger stables.
She has more chance of riding a Classic winner, though, given a suitable mount.
Getting the hump Not content with sub-standard thoroughbred racing, Wolverhampton now brings us horse-and-cart racing. When's the first camel race planned?
Unhappy as a sandboy
Monday to Saturday, 23 meetings, with ten strolls-along-the-sands providing bookmakers with easy pickings as a prelude to the continuing betrayal of winter jumping.
Worse in the old days I cannot totally agree with Joe Black with regard to value. Value is a highly subjective matter. If he feels it is bad now, then it was far worse a few years ago when we had betting tax and no betting exchanges.
Pump up the volume
Both first races at Hamilton and Lingfield had tight and exciting finishes, yet stay-at-home viewers could hear neither result announced, diminishing the drama.
Please, ATR and RUK, sort it out.
Colin, Port Talbot
How have Kempton and Lingfield ended up on the same day today? Unbelievable.
