CGH Rawalpindi to have MDW soon.

RAWALPINDI -- Work has been started to set up Model Dengue Ward (MDW) in Cantt General Hospital (CGH) Rawalpindi.

This MDW which consists of 25 beds is being set up on permanent basis and it will be completed within a week

According to hospital sources this MDW would be fully mosquito proof and there will be no need to erect any mosquito net in this ward for protecting patients against the mosquitoes. No MDW is existing on permanent basis in any hospital all over the country at present.

CGH administration has indicated to set up dengue department in the hospital following the completion of MDW therein.
